Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bivinylfiora. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking and utilization of our recording studio services. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Studio Booking and Deposit

All studio sessions require an advance booking. To confirm and secure a session, a deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is mandatory. The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the session or upon delivery of the final files, depending on the agreed terms. Bookings are only considered final once the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Therefore, we offer free cancellation and rescheduling if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session start time. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to the new date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit to cover lost studio time and preparation costs.

3. Communication and Response Times

Our standard response time for inquiries, revisions, and general communications is within 24 hours during our normal operating hours (Monday to Sunday, 10:00 - 22:00, Madrid time). We strive to maintain clear and prompt communication with all our clients.

4. Revisions and Deliverables

Standard mixing and mastering projects include two (2) rounds of revisions free of charge. Any additional revision rounds beyond this limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final files will be delivered only after full payment has been settled.

5. File Storage and Archiving

Bivinylfiora S.L. will retain session files and project archives for a maximum period of 6 months following the completion of the project. After this period, we are not responsible for storing or retrieving your files. Clients are strongly encouraged to request their stems and final masters and maintain their own backups.

6. B2B Payments and Minimum Age

For registered businesses (B2B), we offer a payment term of Net 30 days upon approval. The minimum age to book a session independently is 16 years. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their time at the studio.

7. Studio Rules and Liability

Clients are expected to treat the studio equipment, staff, and premises with respect. Any damage caused to the equipment (such as our SSL Console, Neve preamps, or microphones) due to negligence or deliberate action will be billed directly to the client. Smoking and consumption of food/drinks are restricted to designated areas.
