Booking & Cancellations
How do I formally book a session?
You can initiate a booking by reaching out to us via our Contact form on the website, emailing us directly at [email protected], or calling our studio line at +34 91 123 45 67. We guarantee a response within 24 hours to discuss your project needs, check availability, and finalize your dates.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
To officially secure your time in the studio and block out the calendar, we require a 50% upfront deposit based on the estimated total cost of your session. We understand that plans change and emergencies happen, so we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your session. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, the deposit is unfortunately non-refundable to compensate for the lost time.
Is there a minimum age to book the studio?
Yes. For liability and legal reasons, the minimum age to book a session independently and sign our studio agreement is 16 years old. Minors under the age of 16 are very welcome, but they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the session.
Rates & Revisions
Do your listed prices include taxes?
The base prices boldly listed on our website (for example, 60 €/hour for vocal recording) do not include the Spanish VAT (IVA), which is currently set at 21%. However, we always provide the IVA-inclusive price (e.g., 72.60 €) right next to it for complete transparency. You will never be surprised by hidden fees when receiving your final invoice.
How many revisions are included in mixing and mastering?
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your final track. Every mixing and mastering project, as well as full music production packages, includes 2 full rounds of revisions. This means after we send you version 1, you give feedback; we send version 2, you give feedback; and we send version 3 as the final. Any additional revisions beyond this will be billed at a predetermined hourly rate.
What are your payment terms for B2B clients?
For verified B2B clients such as record labels, advertising agencies, or corporate entities, we offer a standard 30-day payment term (Net 30) upon receipt of the invoice. This is subject to a basic credit check and must be agreed upon in writing prior to the session.
Technical & Studio Info
What kind of equipment do you have?
Our studio boasts a world-class hybrid setup designed to offer the best of both vintage warmth and modern precision. Highlights include a classic large-format SSL Console, genuine Neve preamps, premium microphones like the Neumann U87, and flawlessly tuned Genelec acoustics in the Control Room. Our expansive 150 m² space features both a Live Room for tracking large ensembles and an acoustically deadened Control Room.
How long do you keep project files on your servers?
We maintain secure, redundant backups of all your session files, multitracks, and final stems in our studio archive for exactly 6 months after the completion of your project. After this period, we cannot guarantee file availability, as we routinely clear server space. Please ensure you have downloaded and safely backed up all your final deliverables upon project completion.
Can I bring my own engineer or producer?
Absolutely. You are more than welcome to bring your own creative team. However, to protect our equipment and ensure smooth operation, one of our in-house assistants or engineers will always be present during the session. They will assist with patching on the SSL console, setting up microphones, and navigating our specific studio workflow so your engineer can just focus on the music.
