All our base rates are straightforward. Please note that the standard VAT (IVA) rate in Spain is 21%, which is applicable to all our services.

How to Calculate Your Total Budget

To estimate your costs accurately, you need to realistically assess how much time you need. A common mistake is underestimating the time required for setup, tuning, vocal takes, and comping.

Let's say you are a solo artist with a pre-made beat, looking to record vocals and have the track mixed and mastered.

1. Vocal Recording: 3 hours at 72.60 € (incl. IVA) = 217.80 €
2. Mixing & Mastering: 1 track at 302.50 € (incl. IVA) = 302.50 €

Note: This is a streamlined example. If you need vocal tuning, extensive comping, or additional production, those hours will add to the Vocal Recording or Music Production total.

Avoiding "Hidden" Costs

While our pricing is transparent, project scope creep can cause your budget to inflate. Keep these factors in mind:

Revisions

Our Mixing & Mastering package includes 2 rounds of revisions. If you request further changes beyond these two rounds, additional hourly rates will apply. Providing clear, detailed feedback during the initial revision rounds is key to staying on budget.

Session Musicians

If your track requires live bass, guitar, or drums and you don't have a band, you will need to hire session musicians. This is an external cost that you must negotiate directly with the musicians, though we can provide recommendations.

Cancellations

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your session start time, you forfeit this deposit. Always double-check your schedule before booking.

Payment Terms and B2B

For independent artists, payments are typically completed at the end of the session or upon delivery of the final masters. For record labels, agencies, and registered businesses (B2B), Bivinylfiora S.L. offers standard 30-day payment terms upon invoice approval. Ensure you provide your NIF/VAT number when requesting an invoice.
